The VOOM service requires both a Programming Offer choice and an Equipment Offer choice

Programming Offers:

Va Va VOOM Package

$79.90 per month
Includes the VOOM Exclusive HD channels, HD Marquee featuring Discovery HD Theater and Bravo HD+, more than 45 of cable's most watched channels, 18 music channels and all 36 PlusPack premium channels described below.

VOOM Package

$39.90 per month
Includes the VOOM Exclusive HD channels, HD Marquee featuring Discovery HD Theater and Bravo HD+, more than 45 of cable's most watched channels, plus 18 music channels.

PlusPacks

All PlusPack channels are included in the Va Va VOOM Package.
Each PlusPack below may be added to the VOOM Package for $14.90 per month.

HBO® PlusPack -- 9 channels (7 SD and 2 HD).
SHOWTIME UNLIMITED® PlusPack -- 9 channels (6 SD and 3 HD), including The Movie Channel HD^SM.
STARZ!® PlusPack -- 9 channels (6 SD and 3 HD), including Encore HD^SM.
Cinemax® PlusPack -- 9 channels (7 SD and 2 HD).

Customers will be billed upon activation for applicable equipment, installation and programming costs. Subsequent billings will occur approximately every month thereafter. The SHOWTIME UNLIMITED and STARZ! PlusPacks are delivered on satellite capacity that is only temporarily available to Rainbow DBS. Rainbow DBS may be required to cease transmitting over this capacity at any time.

EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION DETAILS

THE VOOM IN-HOME SERVICE PLAN
The VOOM In-Home Service Plan is more than an extended warranty program for the hardware, it includes all VOOM system hardware and all in-home service work associated with VOOM. It is our intent to provide the highest level of service and true peace of mind for all of our customers and alleviate any concerns that may exist about their new system breaking down or not working optimally.

Purchased separately, the VOOM In-Home Service Plan costs $69.99 per year. Two full years of coverage are included with the purchase of the VOOM system. The cost of $69.99 per year is easily offset by the cost of just one service call and typically the service call doesn't include the cost of replacement or repair of system components.

There is no "fine print" to scrutinize. This is a true 'bumper to bumper' program for our customers. It includes everything that the VOOM System is comprised of: VOOM receiver, cables, remote control, off-air antenna and satellite dish. It covers the installation, reception and all hardware issues.

If a problem is found with the manufacture of some element (remote or VOOM receiver for example) we will fix or replace it. If the dish or off-air antenna ceases to transmit, for example, we will send a technician to correct the problem.

INSTALLATION
The VOOM Standard High Definition Professional Installation includes: All costs for Standard High Definition Professional Installation are included in the price of our hardware. As we consider professional installation a critical element in the performance of the system and your overall satisfaction, we have elected to include the cost of the installation in the cost of the system. The VOOM suggested retail value for this installation, if purchased separately, is $249.00.

To provide the highest level of service to our customers, ensure trouble free operation and optimum reception of both satellite and high definition off air programming. VOOM requires that the equipment be installed by a professionally trained VOOM technician qualified to install high definition equipment. The VOOM Standard High Definition Professional Installation includes:

Equipment:
- 1 HD VOOM receiver, satellite dish, and remote control
- 1 high definition off air antenna capable of receiving high definition signals from local broadcasters (equipment models vary according to local requirements and availability)

Service Work:
- Installation of the VOOM satellite dish and the high definition antenna in the most appropriate available location. Wiring and connection of VOOM receiver unit to 1 television using up to 125ft of coaxial cable.
- Connection of a telephone line from the VOOM receiver to a phone outlet. VOOM will supply up to 25' of appropriate cabling to connect.

Available Extras:
- Installations requiring special accommodations or work requiring more cable may incur additional charges.
- Additional charges may also be due in the case of situations requiring additional time or hardware. Such situations may include, but aren't limited to, houses over 2 stories tall, houses with limited visibility of sky due to trees or other obstructions (line of sight issues), work requiring cables or telephone cords to be hidden in walls or moldings, setup and or connections of televisions or home theater systems, and other customer requests for a customized installation.
- Any additional charges will be identified and a quote will be provided to the customer for approval before work begins.
